I practice kundalini yoga. I’ve practiced hatha yoga too, but I find kundalini more comprehensive. I has helped me great deal in the last times to overcome every dificulty.

I play as an amateur a number of instruments: violin, piano and flute are the most frequent. I just play for fun, but I do have lots of fun playing, alone or with my kids!

I love astronomy and I truly enjoy a dark cold night of star gazing, alone or in company, naked eyed or equiped with a good telescope.
